Aurora - Dolce e Salato

On Saturday evening we arrived at 7.30pm to have a quick aperitif but the result was terrible. You made us feel excessive right from the start. You brought two Spritz without ice and with a vomiting taste, you were asked for something to nibble on and it was never brought, when drinks were brought (among other things not consumed) we were told by the boy who took the orders that the The place closed at 8.30pm. At 8.00 pm he started moving the chairs and tables, slamming them forcefully, making an absurd noise with an arrogant and careless behavior even though there were still customers consuming. Creating an environment that was not at all pleasant. After a few days from this very bad experience I felt compelled to write this review. You don't treat people like that, especially customers. Other times I have had cakes and I must say that they are very good but I give one star for the rudeness and incompetence of the staff.

I ordered two cakes from this bakery almost a week in advance. I asked for a cake to be made for me like the photo attached below (which I sent him on WhatsApp) with Chantilly cream and white chocolate chips and a chocolate one. They made me a completely different cake from the photo and they even managed to get the flavor wrong, they made me both chocolate ones. They assured me that they would make me the same but only smaller. Above all, I recommended that I make the writing identical, instead of making the letters in sugar paste they made them in cream and even badly. It was enough to say I wasn't able and I would have gone to another pastry shop. These two cakes, among other things, cost €57, the only thing they were able to say to me was "I'm sorry for the wrong flavour, I didn't understand the rest", if you can't provide a good service at least lower the prices .

We stopped by chance in this place for an aperitif... the aperitif dish was very good and beautiful to look at but the flaw was found in the drink. We are for the Hugo spritz which is less sweet than the classic spritz... regardless of the fact that they didn't put mint in the Hugo, moreover it was too sweet it seemed drowned in sugar so as not to miss the waitress after she had noticed that something was wrong as soon as she looked at the two cocktails he makes a joke to me "you don't trust me" "as if I were your brother.... Being a pastry shop, telling them that they didn't know how to make it or in any case didn't have the right ingredients wouldn't have been a problem...
